Our Organic Still Timber is 1/2 Organic caffeinated beans & 1/2 Organic Swiss Water Processed Decaffeinated Beans. This means you may indulge yourself in another cup guilt free! Roasted to medium our Still Timber is balanced with notes of cedar & mild sweet earthiness.

Unlike conventional decaf coffee, which is soaked in toxic chemicals to remove caffeine, ours is Organic & Swiss water processed, which is an organic method using water, temperature and time to remove the caffeine. This process retains all the flavors & still leaves the coffee full of health benefits such as antioxidants & minerals, most importantly free of toxic chemicals.
